Job Description: This well known high quality gastro chain is looking to recruit a Sous chef to join this successful brigade - The Candidate must have a solid Fresh Food background.

This Sous chef position will suit an experienced Chef de Partie or Jnr Sous looking for their 1st Sous chef position. You must be passionate about food and shows some flair and imagination. This busy gastro is producing exciting award winning food for around 40/50 covers on an average service.

The establishment uses all local suppliers and is very proud of this fact.

Sous chef skills required:

Experience with working with all fresh food at Snr CDP/JnrSous chef level
Bubbly, friendly personality
Right attitude and desire to learn
Passion for food
Must be able to run the kitchen in chefs absence
Must be hands on
