Catering Supervisor




The Supervisor is responsible for implementing all aspects of food policy in the cafe and Coffee Bar.

The main objective of the Supervisor is to ensure that the outlets achieve excellence in everything. We want to ensure that all our customers are happy, that our staff are well trained, stimulated and feel involved, and that we contribute as much as possible to the financial well-being of The venue.

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all daily operations. He/She must seek to run the outlets to the highest possible standards, concentrating upon customer service and satisfaction, efficient stock control, exceptional standards of hygiene, good staff communication and careful control of money. An awareness of takings, spend per head and gross profit is expected.

The role is Wednesday to Sunday each week day shifts only
