Job Description:
We are recruiting for a commis chef for this fine dining restaurant, duties will include working on all sections including starters, main and desserts. Preparing bar snacks, working lunch and dinner services. You should have a good knowledge of fresh food and be confident grilling meat to customer orders. The commis role includes evenings and weekend shifts along with some split shifts. Accommodation is available, immediate start.
