Commis Chef Rosette Restaurant




We now have a wonderful opportunity for a Commis Chef to gain valuable experience within a 4 Star 2 AA Rossette Restaurant.

Typical duties will involve:

- Assisting the chefs with the running of the kitchen.
- Preparing vegetables/soups etc.
- Cleaning and tidying of equipment.
- To take instruction from all sections of the kitchen.

Applicants must have at least one year's professional cookery experience or training.

Please note, due to the rural location, it is recommended that you have you have your own transport to the Hotel.
